Product Description

Produced by Shandong Jinlisheng New Materials, the Hot-Dipped Galvanized Steel Sheet is a multi-scenario material, made from high-quality cold-rolled steel via hot-dip galvanizing and chromating. With a zinc coating weight of 30-120g/m², it offers excellent corrosion resistance and processability.

For building roofs: Its 0.09-1.2mm thickness and 500-1250mm width balance strength and light weight (10-14kg/㎡), resisting rain and atmospheric erosion, and shortening construction cycles by over 40%.

For refrigerator backplanes: Smooth surface (regular/minimal/zero spangle) ensures good fit, with corrosion resistance against moisture inside appliances.

For automobile shells: It has high rigidity, enduring bending and welding, suitable for shaping vehicle outer and inner structural parts.

For chemical containers: It resists mild acids/alkalis, ideal for petroleum containers and chemical raw material barrels, complying with related quality standards.

FAQ

Q1: What does G60, G90 designation mean?

A: G60 = 0.60 oz/ft² (183g/m²) total both sides. G90 = 0.90 oz/ft² (275g/m²). Higher numbers indicate heavier zinc coating and longer corrosion protection. G90 provides 50% longer service life than G60 in equivalent environments.

Q2: Is this steel suitable for structural load-bearing applications?

A: Yes, available in structural grades S220GD through S350GD with yield strengths from 220 to 350 MPa. Full structural design data and certifications provided. Consult our technical team for specific application engineering.

Q3: How should I weld galvanized steel?

A: Remove zinc coating 25-50mm from weld area. Use adequate ventilation for zinc fumes. Use E7010 or E7018 electrodes for SMAW, or appropriate MIG wire. Post-weld touch-up with zinc-rich paint recommended for corrosion protection.

Q4: Can you supply with mill test certificates?

A: Yes, all structural grades include comprehensive mill test certificates showing chemical composition, mechanical properties, and coating weights. Third-party inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas available upon request.

Q5: What is the delivery time for construction grades?

A: Standard grades: 15-20 days. Structural grades: 20-30 days. Large project orders can be scheduled for phased delivery. Emergency orders possible with expedited processing surcharge.
