Product Description



Patterned Galvanized Steel Coil takes premium cold-rolled or hot-dipped galvanized steel coils (GI Steel) as the base. Through precision embossing technology, it forms raised anti-slip patterns (diamond, lentil, dot) on the surface. The coil has a zinc coating weight of 30-120g/m² (aluminum-zinc-silicon coating optional), which can effectively resist corrosion from industrial waste gas, rainwater and weak acids/alkalis. The embossed structure increases the friction coefficient (dry ≥0.6, wet ≥0.4) to prevent slipping, and enhances the rigidity by 30% compared with plain galvanized coils. With a thickness of 0.15-1.2mm, width of 500-1250mm and maximum coil weight of 10MT, it’s easy to slit, cut and bend, and widely used in workshop walkways, truck cargo floors, garage floors and stair treads.
