Produced by Shandong Jinlisheng New Materials, Plain Galvanized Steel Coil uses high-quality cold-rolled steel coils as raw materials, processed via hot-dip galvanizing (aluminum-zinc-silicon coating optional) and chromating. It has a zinc coating weight of 30-120g/m², with three surface options: regular, minimal, and zero spangle. Specifications include thickness 0.09-1.2mm, width 500-1250mm, max coil weight 10MT, and inner diameter 508/610mm. It offers good corrosion resistance, fitting humid/coastal areas, and excellent processability for slitting, welding, and bending. Widely used as a base for color-coated steel, and in construction (roofs, ducts), home appliances (refrigerator backplanes), and container manufacturing.
